New Mosaic
Why the name New Mosaic?
Well, it’s a name I’ve been using for a bit now. It all started when good ol’ Gramps encouraged me to get a DBA (Doing Business As). And that’s when I decided to pick New Mosaic. It’s an homage to the restaurant my parents had way back when. Their thoughts were:

Bringing American cuisine to a little Swiss town was like putting together pieces of a colorful mosaic. Different shapes, sizes and colors, but together creating a beautiful, vibrant piece of art.

The building the restaurant was in is actually decorated with a super cool mosaic created by Bepp Haas, depicting the local event of Klaustag.
And the logo? It’s also a play on the Restaurant Mosaic logo! My good friend Nati and her digital creative skills helped me put my vision into pixels - pretty neat, right?! 🤩

Let's see... I'm a Texas born Swiss-American who calls both places home. My background is in marketing and NPO fundraising. Some of the things that are exciting to me and bring me joy are:
